Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott, born June 16, 1987 was an American comedian and actress. She was a Saturday Night Live cast member from 2008 until 2012. Since then she has appeared on the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out as well as the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the daughter of actor/comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was the older of two kids and was born in New York City. She is the daughter of Paula Niedert, a talent manager as well as Chris Elliott (actor/comedian). Her father was radio comic Bob Elliott. Their younger sister and actress Bridey Elliott, was born in Wilton. She attended Immaculate High School Danbury where she performed in musicals as well as school plays. After graduating Immaculate High School in 2005 she was enrolled in Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, but she dropped out within her first semester. Elliott also dated Fred Armisen in 2010. The couple broke up in September 2011. Elliott was married to Bill Kennedy, a TV writer on September 3, 2016. Edith Pepper Kennedy is their daughter. Elliott was a student at The Groundlings, and then began performing and training for various sketch comedy shows in the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB), Los Angeles.
